Burnley FC - touchline exposure
As part of understanding the scale of the opportunity at Turf Moor, we analysed a game between Burnley and Sunderland played on the 17th May 2025. Over 90 minutes, the touchlines are clearly visible for over 9 minutes. This has been packaged for you in the video below. An initial viewing suggests that the areas near the corner flags and the centre section of each side generate the best exposure. The analysis is game time only and doesn’t account for any bonus visibility during pre-game or post-match analysis.
Turf Moor
From our desk research, GroundWOW understands that the available space from the natural grass is approximately 2m wide along the entire touchline. This represents a valuable canvas, even more so when you think it is an asset that the club already owns.
example Prints
GroundWOW recommends printing the brand partner logos at 1.2m in height and positioned 1 metre from the touchline, to comply with the laws of the game.
Corpay print size - 1.2m in height by 5.1m long.
Vertu print size - 1.2m in height by 5.4m long
Soccer Supplement print size - 1.2m in height by 3.2 long
Operational streamlining
We work closely with the grounds team as part of game day readiness. From an outcome perspective, our logos are dried and bulletproof to withstand any amount of traffic (machinery or pedestrian) and to appear perfect on TV, regardless of weather conditions. Some clients also engage us to effect a full removal according to the playing schedule, to reinstate a clean, blank canvas.
HOW THIS COULD LOOK FOR SEASON 25/26
For the club, the value of printed positions on the nearside touchline is significant. GroundWOW is the enabler when it comes to leveraging this underutilised-asset and bringing the full extent of the opportunity to life. If you are excited by the prospect of major returns from world first technology, we would love to talk some more.
