About the Job

As a Brand & Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting business objectives and marketing strategies reporting to the Marketing Manager and stakeholders, as well as defining profits, market shares, sales and turnover. This will include choosing appropriate prices and packaging, as well as planning advertising campaigns, means of communication and organising sales promotions with decisions affecting both new and existing products.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Plan and deliver creative work, research, insight and fresh content that align with the marketing strategy.
  • Help manage the product roadmap and feature development.
  • Innovate and improve new and existing products.
  • Plan and implement business and marketing objectives to help build the hype.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Define and analyse profits, market shares, sales and turnover according to the target market.

About You

The key skills and qualifications you have include:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in field.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and tactical plans that have delivered fully integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in planning, building, managing and analysing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Capable of operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, across multiple teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sport is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Full UK driving license.
